Market USA features an all-star lineup of marketing professionals. We’re all driven creatives who are passionate about creating incredible products and who have the experience and expertise to get your project done right. We also all have lives outside of work, and we think that’s pretty cool! When you call Market USA, you’re working with 100% verifiable human beings (for all they do, we believe robots still aren’t as creative or as fun to talk to). In 2001, I joined the Market USA team as their Network Administrator. I really had no knowledge of the industry or even what promotional products were. Within 3 months of joining the team, I found myself in Nashville TN working my first onsite pop up store. After that I was committed! I quickly immersed myself into learning all aspects of the business and how I could contribute to the growth and success of this great company. In 2008 it was a privilege to become the General Manager, where I was able to learn the other side of the business. This was not my favorite part, as I loved the sales and the products, but nonetheless I jumped right in. Then in 2010, I was given the opportunity to purchase Market USA and it was without hesitation that I said YES!! I look back now and realize that God had a huge plan that I wasn’t aware of and I am very thankful that I was given the opportunity to be a part of this team. We are very blessed and I give God the praise, honor, and glory for putting me here and I thank each and every person along the way that has supported me. I love this company and I am so excited to be a member of such an amazing industry!
I am also fortunate that I have a wonderful husband that works alongside me every day. We have 2 beautiful girls, Hannah and Brittney that help as well. I am an active member in my church, where I am a part of our praise and worship team. When I am not at work, we enjoy as much time as possible at our other home in Myrtle Beach, boating on the lake or just hanging with the family.

Jay Mitchell, VP & CFO
Market USA has been a vital part of our family since 2001, when Delta first started working with the company. I started out helping her with some of the IT needs for the offsite conventions while I was a full-time IT Manager for another local company. Then in 2010 when Market USA actually became our company, I took over all of the financial aspects, as well as the warehouse/logistical side of the business operations. It’s always fun seeing the wide variety of products that our customers order and to know that we provided something that helped them advertise and further promote their business. Our team is like family and it’s great to know that we are always there to help each other out. We thank the Lord each day for all the blessings He gives to each of us at Market USA.
When I am not at the office, I am a school bus driver for Henry County Public Schools as well as an IT Consultant. I have been involved in the volunteer fire service for over 20 years, as well as the sound tech in our local church for many years. We are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Hannah and Brittney, who have grown up involved in many of the projects and summer events with Market USA. Our family jumps at every opportunity we get to hit the road and travel to our home away from home at the beach or any other destination that we can travel to.
Charmaine Blount, Sales Representative
In 2002, I opened Get Noticed, Inc.–a promotional products-based business. A new door opened with growing opportunities in 2017 and I joined as a team member with Market USA. I continue to network in the Greensboro business community and beyond, while providing great customer service, competitive pricing, and high-quality products for our clients. I integrate my skills in all areas of life, and enjoy connecting people and watching them succeed.
I have been involved in a number of membership groups over the years including Business Networking International (BNI), GSO Women’s Club and founding President /member of Piedmont Business Leaders (PBL). I am a current member of CAAMP, Caroling Association of Advertising and Marketing Professionals.
While I am not at work, I enjoy traveling, sports, fishing, boating, beach fun and finding exciting adventures with friends and spending quality time with my beautiful daughter and family. On a warm sunny day, you may find me on a pickleball court dinking!
Lisa Watkins, Embroidery Manager
My name is Lisa Watkins and I take care of the embroidery needs for Market USA. I have 32 years of experience in the embroidery industry. My favorite part of my job is my coworkers. I love coming in everyday to a job that I can be proud of doing while also enjoying what I do. I am married to my best friend Scott, and we have two boys and one girl that I am grateful for, as well as our first grandson. I am an animal lover with 4 dogs and a cat. I love the cold weather but I spend most summers on the river in a kayak.
Tara Riggan, Customer Service Support Specialist
As a Customer Support Specialist I keep the online stores up to date, as well as prepare online order requests for processing. My favorite part of the job is my coworkers and seeing all the cool swag our customers order and discovering what their favorite pieces are.
When I am not at work I enjoy discovering new outdoor adventures. In the winter months the outdoors are tough, so I bring the mud inside and throw pottery on my wheel. You will never see my pieces in an art gallery, and my husband and kids are very convincing when they say how great they all are. But that’s OK; I enjoy the creativity.
Tanya French, Senior Customer Service Specialist
My name is Tanya French and I am a part of the customer service team. My favorite part of working with the team is the relationship I have formed with our customers. I have worked for Market USA for almost 10 years and I have really enjoyed getting to know everyone.
I have a husband, two children and a very spoiled grandson. I enjoy reading, camping and trail-walking with my family and two dogs, Roscoe and Rowdy Riley.
Leslie Eades, Accounting Specialist
My name is Leslie Eades and I am part of the order entry team and the accounting team at Market USA. I have been with the company since 2022. My favorite part of this position is getting to work with our customers on their orders. I love that I get to see the order from start to finish. I also love that I get to work for a Christian based company. Having employers and coworkers who pray for each other is such a powerful thing!
I am blessed to be the mother of three wonderful boys. I’m an avid animal lover with three dogs and three cats at home as well. I love being in nature, hiking, doing yoga, seeing live music and exploring natural health and nutrition.
Maura Riley
My name is Maura Riley and I am a part of the customer service team. I have over 30+ years of experience as a marketing professional and art director. My favorite part of this position is that I can use my creative background to assist our clients with branded products to promote their companies.
Outside of work, I love to spend time with my husband, two children, and our dog Jude. I enjoy gardening, reading, being out in nature, traveling, and spending time with friends.
Karen Cole
My name is Karen Cole and I am part of the customer service team. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years, working with clients to solve and achieve their goals. My favorite part of being in this position is that I can utilize my skills to help clients become successful in making their names recognized and prominent in the community.
Some of my hobbies are reading and DIY projects around my home. I am happily married with kids including my 17-year-old dog, Scooter.
